Junior Sailing Program

Kids and teens can learn skills that they will use for the rest of their lives... both on and off the water.

If your child is age 9 to 17, can swim 50 yards, and is really interested, he or she can learn to sail with other kids their own age in a fun and safe environment on San Francisco Bay in Mc Covey Cove!

Here's an opportunity for your child to learn water safety, basic boating and sailing skills, sportsmanship, team work, self-reliance and self-esteem.

• Learn basic sailing skills from experienced sailing instructors certified by U.S. Sailing
• Kids will learn to sail in both single and double handed boats
• Conveniently located in sunny, South Beach Yacht Club Harbor and Mc Covey Cove                
• Scholarships available for those in need               
• Sailboats provided: RS Tera, JY Trainer, Laser 4.7 and CFJ
• Small class size, for one on one and group teaching
• Yacht Club membership Not required

The best value in town for a fun camp. All campers bring a bag lunch Monday - Thursday, we provide water and fresh fruit/ snack bars daily. Every Friday Regatta, BBQ and Awards begin at 12pm (family viewing at Mc Covey cove), Awards and BBQ 3pm at the South Beach Yacht Club Deck.  

Sailing camp Cost $285/ Week

**Each one week session is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, Monday thru Friday. Don't miss the Regatta, Awards and family BBQ every Friday!
